 If your Nova Wax warmer isn’t working, check the following:

1. Outlet Check: Make sure the warmer is plugged directly into a wall outlet—extension cords often cause heating issues.
2. Fuse Check: If used frequently, the fuse may need replacing. Replacement fuses are easily found at hardware stores.

All Nova Wax warmers come with a 1-year warranty. If your unit is still under warranty and having issues, we can offer a replacement. Please send us a video showing:

• The warmer plugged into the wall
