I Need to Return or Exchange an Item – What Should I Do?
At Nova Wax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what to do:
- Returns: Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days.
- We will provide Prepaid Labels: Please note, the label costs will be deducted from your return/exchange.
- Used or Opened Products: We can not accept returns on opened or used items. Please note that any items returned to our warehouse that have been used will not result in refund nor will we send the items back.
- Products must be received and deemed resellable prior to the refund/exchange to be finalized.
Please be sure to Include the paper invoice inside the box to identify the return and to assist us with processing the return for you quickly.
