Troubleshooting Tips for Your Starpil Wax Warmer
If your Starpil warmer has stopped working, there are a few things to check before reaching out to us for assistance:
- Check the Outlet: Make sure the warmer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not an extension cord. Our warmers are professional-grade and require more power, and extension cords are often the culprit behind heating issues.
- Check the Fuse: If you use the warmer frequently, the fuse may have blown. You can typically find replacement fuses at your local hardware store, and replacing it is a quick fix to get your warmer up and running again!

Warranty Information:
All of our warmers come with a 1-year warranty. If your warmer is within one year of purchase and experiencing heating issues, we can assist you with a replacement. To process the request, please send a video to support@starpilwax.com showing:
- The issue you’re experiencing
- The unit plugged into the wall outlet
- Your best shipping address
If your warmer is outside of the 1-year warranty, we still encourage you to reach out to us. We can offer a loyalty discount for a new warmer at a better rate.
