I Need to Return or Exchange—What Do I Do?

Easy Returns & Exchanges with Starpil Wax

At Starpil Wax, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:

  • Returns: Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days.
  • We will provide Prepaid Labels: Please note, the label costs will be deducted from your return/exchange. Email us at support@starpilwax.com with your order number and the reason for the return request. 
  • Used or Opened Products: We can not accept returns on opened or used items. Please note that any items returned to our warehouse that have been used will not result in refund nor will we send the items back.
  • Products must be received and deemed resellable prior to the refund/exchange to be finalized.

Return Shipping Instructions:
When returning any unopened and unused product, please send it securely and include the paper invoice inside the box to identify your return.

If you’re not happy with the product and are considering a return because of dissatisfaction, we encourage you to reach out to us at support@starpilwax.com. Please include as much detail as possible about your experience, including which product you're having issues with and what you encountered. This information helps us understand your needs and offer further assistance.
